Scott completed his bachelor’s degree in Surveying at Otago University in 2004 and obtained his Cadastral Survey License in 2008.

Since graduating, Scott has worked in urban and rural land development in the Bay of Plenty and Auckland regions before moving back and settling in the Waikato region in 2019 where he joined Cheal shortly after the move.

Scott is experienced in the procedures required to move projects forward through the Resource Management process and manages a team of highly motivated engineering, surveying, planning and administration professionals who are committed to delivering excellent outcomes for our clients.
