A comprehensive range of services is provided by our property and land development team ncluding; feasibility analysis and detailed subdivision layout and design, preliminary engineering design and infrastructure provision, preparation and lodgement of Resource Consent applications, production of assessments of environmental effects, consultation strategies and stakeholder liaison, provision of expert planning evidence at Council hearings and before the Environment Court, detailed engineering designs of wastewater and water reticulation, utilities, roading and reserves, tender production, contract administration, survey setout for construction, as-built surveys, and land transfer surveys to obtain titles.
